48 /hr In-Office Position / Local Candidates Only Schedules appropriate employees to meet the patient's needs, under the direction of the Clinical Manager.
Determines employees' availability, schedules, and coverage.
Coordinates employee schedules with their current caseload.
Confirms employee assignments.
Enters patient's data and visits in the computer.
Assists the business office with general clerical tasks as needed.
Respect patients' rights and responsibilities.
Follows telephone guidelines per policy and procedure.
Utilize EHR to assist with scheduling.
Assist with on-call scheduling.
Prepares materials and assists with orientation process re:
schedule and work flow.
Receives patient and staff calls, and inquiries.
Handles complaints tactfully and follows up appropriately.
Performs other clerical duties.
Maintains client confidentiality.
Requirements High school graduate with a minimum of two years of progressive business experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing, and spreadsheet software.
Demonstrated knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population.
A minimum of one year work experience in Health Care environment preferred.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, including adapting to changing priorities.
